Current Research
I’m interested in questions in combinatorics and algebraic geometry, especially in how the two fields interact. Currently, I am studying how representation stability can be used to study homology groups of certain moduli spaces. I am also interested in a class of graphs called threshold graphs and an associated hyperplane arrangement.
Another interest of mine is in finding ways to make math education more equitable and more joyful, especially for historically excluded groups in math. Most recently, I've been involved in implementing team-based inquiry learning to the classroom and studying its impacts on students.
Previous Research
Previously, I was interested in non-commutative algebra and answering questions about differential polynomial rings and linear preserver problems.
